Dr Samuel Landau
SEE's journey started with Samuel. A clinical psychologist, rabbi, academic and dynamic lecturer, Samuel worked in various positions in the UK and abroad - including within the NHS - before the idea of SEE was born. Having identified the need for cultural change in many organisations, Samuel decided to bring his experience of utilising deep psychological insights in group environments to transform hearts and minds. Samuel believes in fostering compassionate empathy to support the greatest flourishing of people, groups and society. Today, not only do his programmes support organisations to achieve their goals, but he also brings a network of psychologists, leadership and cultural experts, professors and educational institutions to help them reach the next level. When he’s not trying to share light with the world, he’s looking after the little lights at home. You can also find him dodging potholes on his road bike 😉
Professor Margie Callanan
Margie was made in Cork City, Ireland and moved to London in her early teens. Her studies in Clinical Psychology, Systemic Therapy, Process Consultancy and Emotion Focused Therapy have all been developed in decades of NHS and Academia contexts. In translation, this has meant studies in people, in systems, in process and in emotions - the space between people, what it holds and rejects, remains a key interest.
This left her plenty of time to attend to daughtering, sistering, partnering and mothering – all of which she has learned from and loves. There have always been dogs, cats and music in her life, and she hopes there is a boat in her future as she loves to be on the water. Having sailed close to the wind many times, she recognises the importance of courage in the art of being a change agent, but knows that empathy is key.
Hannah King
Hannah is thrilled to collaborate with Samuel and the team at Someone Else’s Eyes (SEE). Leveraging her expertise in Marketing and Online Management, Hannah transforms SEE's comprehensive content into designs that are both accessible and easily understood by participants.
Hannah believes in the power of individual change to drive meaningful transformation within organisations of all sizes. Her role at SEE allows her to blend creativity with strategy, ensuring that the content not only reaches but also resonates with the audience.
When she's not working, Hannah enjoys exploring the beaches of South Wales with her young family and very disobedient dog. She lives on an old farm where they care for a menagerie of rescued animals from chickens to donkeys. Despite being a self-proclaimed terrible gardener and novice beekeeper, Hannah is a strong believer in the profound impact of God's beautiful creation on our lives.
